Dog Licences
As per RSA 466:13, in the State of New Hampshire, all dogs over 4 months of age need to be licensed annually by April 30th. The penalty for failing to license a dog over 4 months of age is a $25.00 fine. Dog Licenses may be applied for in person or by mail. Please send or bring the appropriate information, as well as a check made out to "Town of Lee", to the Town Clerk’s Office 7 Mast Road, Lee, NH 03861.
- Please present a copy of your dog’s Rabies vaccination certificate.
- If you have spayed or neutered your dog, please present proof of this as well.
Fees:
- Spayed/Neutered Dog $6.50
- Unaltered Dog $9.00
- Puppies (4-7 months) $6.50
- Senior Citizen’s Dog (First) $2.00
- Late Fee (After 5/31) $1.00/Month
