Marriage License
To apply for a marriage license both parties must show a picture I.D. If either party has been previously married, s/he must show:
- A certified copy of the death certificate, or
- A certified copy of the divorce decree, or
- A certified copy of the annulment or dissolution
The marriage license will be processed at the time both individuals appear in person to the Town Clerk with the required information. There is no waiting period. There is a $45.00 filing fee.
