New Information on plates:

VANITY PLATES The Town Clerk’s office may accept applications for vanity plates, but can no longer issue these plates.  If you would like a vanity plate, an Application for Vanity Plate (RDMV120) is available at the Town Clerk’s office or the State of NH website:

The application will be mailed from our office or you may mail it directly to the State of NH.  Once the State reviews the request, they will send a letter to the applicant either approving or rejecting the application.  If approved, applicants can then bring the letter to a NH-DMV substation or Concord within 30 days to obtain the vanity plate and pay the appropriate fees.

2016 LEE COMMEMORATIVE PLATE The Lee Police and Lee Fire Associations are working with the members of the 250th Anniversary Planning Committee to purchase commemorative license plates to be used during 2016. The Director of Motor Vehicles will allow the plates to be made available for purchase and then to be used as the front license plate during 2016. We are anticipating these plates to be on sale near the end of 2015 and continuing through 2016. The cost of the plates will be determined when the design is chosen.
