Chief Chester W. Murch
Chief Murch began his full-time career in law enforcement with the Lee Police Department in October 1993. He began his career as a Patrolman and in 1994 was promoted to Sergeant. In 1996, he was promoted to Lieutenant, working as “second in charge” under Chief Brian Burke. On November 5, 2001, Lieutenant Murch was promoted to Chief of Police and has served in that capacity ever since. Sergeant Brian W. Huppe
Sergeant Huppe joined the Lee Police Department in June 2002 after being employed by the UNH Police Department for 13 years. In March of 2005, he was promoted to Senior Patrolman and then was promoted again in November of 2005 to the position of Sergeant. Sergeant Huppe is the Support Services Commander in charge of court preparation, selection process, evidence, training, building maintenance and the quartermaster function. Sergeant Thomas C. Dronsfield, Jr.
Sergeant Dronsfield initially became a full-time Lee Police Officer November of 1991. He was promoted to Sergeant in March of 1992, but left the employ of the Lee Police Department in September of 1994 to expand his career. He continued to work in law enforcement until July of 1998. After a brief hiatus, he re-joined the Lee Police Department as a Patrolman. In November of 2005 he was promoted to the position of Sergeant. Sergeant Dronsfield is the Patrol Division Commander in charge of crime prevention, investigations of crimes, traffic, coordinating services with other emergency service providers, development of community-oriented policing, schedules and vehicle maintenance. In addition, Sergeant Dronsfield is the CALEA Accreditation Manager, a certified Field Training Officer, Motorcycle Officer,

Senior Patrolman Annie E. Cole
Officer Cole began her full-time career in law enforcement with the Lee Police Department in May of 2006. Officer Cole is a certified Field Training Officer, OC Instructor, as well as being the Lee Police Department’s certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Senior Patrolman Michael J. Lyczak
Senior Patrolman Lyczak joined the Lee Police Department as a Patrolman in November of 2008 after working for the Durham Police Department for 9 years. In May of 2010 he became a Senior Patrolman. Senior Patrolman Lyczak is one of the Firearms and Rifle Instructors for the Lee Police Department as well as a certified Field Training Officer, Armorer, and Motorcycle Officer. Senior Patrolman Raymond Pardy III
Senior Patrolman Pardy joined the Lee Police Department initially in December 2006 after having worked for both the Northwood and Stratham Police Departments. In January 2010, Officer Pardy left Lee Police Department to expand his career, but decided the Lee Police Department is a better fit for him. In October of 2010 he re-joined the Lee Police Department as a Patrolman. Officer Pardy is a certified Pistol and Rifle Instructor as well as being certified as a Sig Armorer. Officer Pardy is also one of our Motorcycle Officers as well as a certified Field Training Officer. Additionally, Officer Pardy has been trained to perform the duties of prosecutor. He previously participated on the Strafford County Regional Tactical Team and was called to respond to emergency calls where “SWAT” officers

Officer Eric C. Millar
Officer Millar joined the Lee Police Department in September of 2010 after working for both the Lincoln and Woodstock Police Departments. Officer Millar was certified as a Full-Time Officer in 2007. Officer Millar has been certified as a PBT Instructor as well as a Taser Instructor. He is also certified as a Breath Test Operator, as all the officers are. Administrative Assistant Robin Marie Estee
Administrative Assistant Estee joined the Lee Police Department in December 2002 after working for several police agencies in the area. She is generally the first person you speak to when you contact the Lee Police Department during business hours. She performs the secretarial duties required by the Lee Police Department.
