NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised the Advisory Budget Committee and the Board of Selectmen
for the Town of Lee will hold a Public Hearing at the
Lee Town Hall, 7 Mast Road, Lee, NH on Monday, February 11, 2008
at 6:30 p.m.
to discuss budget requests from various Department Heads and Town Charities
and Warrant Articles for Fiscal Year 2008-2009.
You are invited to appear in person or by representation of agent or
counsel to offer input regarding this matter.

at 8:00 p.m. at the Lee Town Hall on
7 Mast Road in Lee, N.H.
This Public Hearing is scheduled because the Town has received
application for racetrack operation for 2008 from John MacDonald,
owner of Lee USA Speedway.
Individuals may provide written correspondence to the
Board of Selectmen acceptable
through
Monday, February 11, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.

or counsel and state reasons why this
application should or should not be granted.
