Board members present:  Frank W. Reinhold, Jr., Chairman;  Joseph P. Ford and W. James Griswold.   

Others present:  Diane L. Guimond, Town Administrator.

1.   Chairman Reinhold called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

2.   Manifests presented were reviewed and authorized for payment.   Manifest #10 for 9/22/07 totaled $29,690.25 and Manifest #11 for 9/29/07 totaled $53,042.63. 

3.   Approval of Minutes:  Approval of minutes was postponed until the October 22^nd Selectmen’s meeting.

4.   Correspondence:  None.

5.  Department Head Reports:  None.

6.   Selectmen’s Report on Planning Board Meeting:  None.

7.   Old Business:

            A.  The Board again discussed the disposal of Bulky Waste items.  The Disposal Policy was reviewed and amended and the notification letter was also reviewed and approved.  The coupon design and manner of use was approved as well as the new fee schedule.  After final review and approval of all items pertaining to the disposal of Bulky Waste, the Board agreed they are ready to proceed with selling coupons Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the Transfer Station.  It was also agreed to have personnel at the Transfer Station the entire month of November on days when it is open to the public for the purpose of selling of coupons. 

8.   New Business:  None.

9.  Non-Public Session:  None

10.  There being no further business, meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
