Items that Require a Permit

Permits are required for all construction, renovation, alteration, reconstruction, additions, out buildings and sheds of any size or type, repair/replacement of septic tanks, leach fields, swimming pools above and in-ground, wells, paving, demolition, tennis courts or other major site improvements.
