Corporal Bryan J. Libby joined the Lee Police Department on March 14, 2016. Officer Libby completed his Full-Time Police Officer training while employed with the Concord Police Department. Officer Libby was promoted to Senior Patrolman on August 1, 2018 and then to Corporal on August 23, 2021.
