The Town of Lee, New Hampshire Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Lee Public Safety Complex located at 20 George Bennett Road. The agenda is as follows:

An application from Public Service of New Hampshire/Eversource Energy (easement holder of service lines/equipment over various parcels of land in Lee), is requesting a Special Exception as provided in the 2019 Lee Zoning Ordinance, Article XV; Wet Soils Conservation Zone, section E: Special Exceptions, number – 1, to allow the replacement/repair of utility poles and associated equipment along with access within 75’ (feet) of wet soils and through wet soils if necessary to perform said work on a number of parcels of land of which said applicant holds easements for relating to the, so-called, “G128, L175 Structure Replacement Project as shown on submitted plans dated 5-10-2019.

A variance of the 2019 Lee Zoning Ordinance, Article XIV; Shoreland Conservation District, section C-b and/or Article XXIII, number-3, in that the applicant is proposing to expand/remodel/raze an existing dwelling by adding a foundation to the existing home. It is within the Shoreland Conservation District where no permanent or temporary structures are allowed.
