Chief Thomas C. Dronsfield, Jr.

Chief Dronsfield initially became a full-time Lee Police Officer November of 1991. He was promoted to Sergeant in March of 1992, but left the employ of the Lee Police Department in September of 1994 to expand his career. He continued to work in law enforcement until July of 1998. After a brief hiatus, he re-joined the Lee Police Department as a Patrolman. In November of 2005 he was promoted to the position of Sergeant and was promoted to the position of Chief of Police, effective March 1, 2014. Chief Dronsfield had most recently worked as the Patrol Division Commander in charge of crime prevention, investigations of crimes, traffic, coordinating services with other emergency service providers, development of community-oriented policing, schedules and vehicle maintenance. In addition, Chief Dronsfield holds a Bachelors Degree from Columbia Southern University and is the CALEA Accreditation Manager, a certified Field Training Officer, Motorcycle Officer, and Driving Instructor.

Lieutenant Donald J. Laliberte

Lieutenant Laliberte rejoined the Lee Police Department in July of 2014 as a patrolman. Lieutenant Laliberte previously worked for the Lee Police Department from 1989 to 1994. Prior to working for the Lee Police Department, Lieutenant Laliberte worked for the University of New Hampshire Police Department. When Lieutenant Laliberte left the employment of the Lee Police Department to pursue other career opportunities, he remained working in the State of New Hampshire as a part-time police officer. Lieutenant Laliberte brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience to the Lee Police Department. Lieutenant Laliberte has a Bachelor's Degree is Animal Sciences. Lieutenant Laliberte also serves as the Lee Police Department Prosecutor and is currently one of two evidence officers for the department.

Corporal Bryan J. Libby

Officer Bryan J. Libby joined the Lee Police Department on March 14, 2016. Officer Libby completed his Full-Time Police Officer training while employed with the Concord Police Department. Officer Libby  was promoted to Senior Patrolman on August 1st, 2018. Senior Patrolman Libby is the Lee Police Department's Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and the lead Evidence Officer. Senior Patrolman Libby is also the Department's Defensive Tactics Instructor. Senior Patrolman Libby was promoted to Corporal on August 23, 2021.

Officer Evan J. Carey

Officer Evan J. Carey joined the Lee Police Department on September 25, 2019. Officer Carey started his career in 2014 with the Gilford Police Department. Officer Carey graduated Norwich University in Vermont in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Officer Carey completed the Full-Time Police Academy in December of 2014. Officer Carey received additional police training and experience with the Farmington Police Department and most recently with the Barrington Police Department. Officer Carey was recently promoted to Senior Patrol Officer.The Lee Police Department is pleased to have Senior Patrol Officer Carey as a part of the agency.

Officer Anthony J. Tamagnini

Officer Anthony J. Tamagnini joined the Lee Police Department on August 15th 2022. The Lee Police Department is the first agency which Officer Tamagnini has worked for as a Law Enforcement Officer. Officer Tamagnini graduated Great Bay Community College in 2018 with an associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, and graduated in 2021 from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. The Lee Police Department is happy to welcome Officer Tamagnini to the agency.

Administrative Assistant Jess L. Miehle

Administrative Assistant Jess Miehle joined the Lee Police Department in July 2020 after working at the North Hampton Police Department for 19 years. She is generally the first person you speak to when you contact the Lee Police Department during business hours. Jess holds a BA in Criminal Justice and an AS in Psychology. She performs the secretarial duties required by the Lee Police Department and is a Justice of the Peace and Notary Public.The Lee Police Department is pleased to have Jess as a part of the agency.
